About Us

Guitar Bar has been happy to serve Hoboken and the surrounding New Jersey/New York City area since 1997. We sell excellent new, used, and vintage instruments and accessories and offer expert repairs on all guitars.

We also provide music lessons 7 days a week. Our teachers are some of the best around, and offer students of all ages and level high-quality instruction with rock 'n roll attitude that's fun and informative for a wide-range of instruments.

In 2010, we added a second location in Hoboken, Guitar Bar Jr. where we offer group classes for babies to 4 year-olds. They're a part of Karyn Kuhl's Little RocknRollers Series. Karyn Kuhl has been instructing kids group classes in the area for years and we think she rocks.
